In this release:
We’re excited to introduce new enhancements to Unity Invoice Management, focusing on improved portfolio creation, better financial ERP integration, and expanded API capabilities. These updates aim to provide a more seamless, efficient, and customizable experience for users.
Users can now create portfolios directly through the bi-directional APIs, streamlining integration with external systems. Additionally, the front-end module has been upgraded with the following capabilities:
Customizable Columns & Filters: Users can select specific columns, apply filters, and tailor their data views.
Optimized Data Export: Export portfolio data with selected columns and filters, ensuring consistency.
Improved Performance: Faster loading times and an enhanced user experience while working with large datasets.
This update enhances flexibility in data management and ensures smoother workflows when integrating portfolio data.

To facilitate stronger financial ERP integration, we have expanded the bi-directional API capabilities by introducing several new fields for invoice synchronization. These additions provide more structured financial data for seamless external system integration.
The new fields added in this release are:
Company Code: Unique identifier for company-level tracking.
Customer Number: Links invoice data to specific customer records.
Project Code: Associates invoices with relevant projects.
UOM (Unit of Measure): Standardized field for item measurement.
Line Item Type: Added classification with default system values for better categorization.
Users can now add a Deferral Code at the line-item level to support deferred revenue recognition and financial reporting accuracy.
These additions enhance financial compliance, improve invoice categorization, and provide a more structured financial data flow for ERP integration.
