Drive O&M Users will be able to submit tickets by:
Using the Submit a ticket form in the Power Factors Support Portal
Launching the Drive O&M Support widget in Drive O&M.
Login to Drive O&M and access the Drive app
At the bottom right of the screen1, users should find two items:
Recent Items
Support
Click on Support
The Drive O&M Support widget will appear:
A form will appear with the following details auto-filled:
Your name
Email
Platform
Scroll down and fill in the remaining fields:
Type* - specify the ticket type:
Issue - to report a bug or issue
Request - for assistance with account management, updates, etc.
Feature Request - to suggest an enhancement.
Number of users affected*:
N/A
Few
Many
All
Subject* - fill as accurately and as succinctly possible:
Description* - describe the issue or request as accurately as possible. Users have access to formatting tools such as text color and highlights. They may also add code snippets, images or links
Take screenshot - launch another modal to capture a Screen, Window or Tab before clicking Share
Upload files (max 5) - click here to provide any supplemental material that will help with ticket handling. ALL file types are accepted
Once the form is complete, click Send
A message will appear to acknowledge the submission - click Close.

1 Recent Items and Support will not be available in Setup.
