Drive Users will be able to submit tickets by:
Using the Submit a ticket form in the Power Factors Support Portal
Launching the Power Factors Technical Support widget in Drive.
Login to Drive and open the Profile menu by clicking on the arrow beside the username
Scroll down to the Resources links:
Power Factors Support Portal
Power Factors Knowledge Base
Drive Training Modules
File Support Ticket
Click on File a Support Ticket
The Power Factors Technical Support widget will appear:
A form will appear with the following details auto-filled:
Your name
Email
Platform
Scroll down and fill in the remaining fields:
Type* - specify the ticket type:
Issue - to report a bug or issue
Request - for assistance with account management, updates, etc.
Feature Request - to suggest an enhancement.
Number of plants affected*:
N/A
Single
Multiple
All
Reporting or revenue impacting - check if the ticket will impact reporting requirements or revenue generation
Reference link - provide a link to the relevant application screen to help reduce response times.
Subject* - fill as accurately and as succinctly possible:
Description* - describe the issue or request as accurately as possible. Users have access to formatting tools such as text color and highlights. They may also add code snippets, images or links
Take screenshot - launch another modal to capture a Screen, Window or Tab before clicking Share
Upload files (max 5) - click here to provide any supplemental material that will help with ticket handling. ALL file types are accepted
Once the form is complete, click Send
A success message will appear - click Close.
