Support Portal: Log in with Greenbyte

With Single Sign On, users will be able to access the Power Factors Support Portal from their respective platforms.

This article describes how Greenbyte users can access the Power Factors Support Portal.

For details on how to access the Portal from Drive or Drive O&M, see Single Sign On with Drive.


Customers can access the Greenbyte Knowledge Base from Greenbyte with the following steps:

  1. Follow the instructions in Logging into Greenbyte.

  2. After logging into Greenbyte, click on the Help tab and choose Documentation:

  3. This will bring users to the Greenbyte Knowledge Base.

  4. Note that the section will be empty, as users will still need to enter their credentials – click Login:

  5. Click on the Login here link beside Are you a customer? 1

  6. The User will be brought to the Power Factors Support Portal home page.

  7. To access Greenbyte documentation, click on the Greenbyte card:

  8. The Greenbyte Knowledge Base will now be displayed:

1The agent login should only be used by internal Power Factors users, third party providers or contractors.
